The Local Business MBA (“the programme”, “the site”) is operated by Christopher Schwab, based in the United Kingdom. Questions about these terms: hello@christopherschwab.co.uk. By using the site or enrolling, you accept these terms.
The programme is education: a structured curriculum, templates, and (on some tiers) group coaching for building a local service business that runs without its owner. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, not a franchise, and not a business-in-a-box.
Student results shown on the site, including revenue figures and Inc 5000 honours, are real but not typical, and they took real work. Enrolling guarantees you the material and the support described, not a business outcome. Many businesses fail; the programme cannot change that on its own.
Course material is licensed to you, personally, for building your own businesses. Don’t share logins, resell, republish, or teach from the material as if it were yours. All content is © Christopher Schwab.
Coaching spaces stay useful because they stay civil. Spam, harassment, or pitching other members without consent gets you removed without refund of the current period.
The site and programme are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may change; material changes will be dated here. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts there.
No selling or renting of your data, no advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies. If analytics are used, they are simple, aggregate, and cookie-free.
Display preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device and can be cleared in your browser at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). One email starts any of those.
Student records are kept while you have access to the programme and as long as tax law requires; subscriber data is deleted on request.
